Welcome to IAA Video:
A new employee welcome video that I worked on from concept to final delivery. My responsibilities include preparing video storyboard, supervising in-office recording with the CEO and Chief People Officer, taking B roll footage (at both Chicago branches and corporate office), creating all graphics elements, audio mixing and selecting, editing everything together to deliver a welcome video that represent IAA's culture. The video is shared via QR code printed on postcards which would be sent to new hires before they start their first day.

Customer Service Representative Recruitment Video:
A series of recruitment videos I worked on that focuses on high-turnover roles. These are used by HR on their career site job posts to give potential candidates an idea of what it is like to work at IAA as a CSR.
Pension Builder Explainer
This is a video capture clip from an interactive HTML5 web app Jellyvision did for a Fortune 500 company. This application helps our client promote their new product called Pension Builder. It allows employees to direct some of their savings to the purchase of an annuity that will provide a set of amount of income in retirement. The problem we solved here is to teach individuals about turning retirement savings into retirement income via Pension Builder in the most engaging and helpful way without any jargon.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to create and carry out production plan

Manage production within Jellyvision's in-house development tool, piece together media assets, such as sound effects, voice talent audio, text and art, into a well-timed, seamless, engaging experience

Create conditional logic and variables using JavaScript

Coordinate with Engineers on unique features and data integration
