Sale Pad Optimization Training Video:

Business Need/Problem:
IAA’s Field Services & Development introduced a new Sale Grid system and needs to train all field employees, including loader operators and yard attendants, the benefits and conversion of the new Sale Grid system, as well as how to set up filters using OnYard handheld devices. I was asked to work with the field trainer to turn a boring presentation deck into a short, engaging, on-demand training video.

Planned project timeline, budget and deliverable with stakeholders / SMEs

Designed and produced media assets including drone videography, before & after Google Earth maps, motion graphics and handheld device live demo.

Edited raw video footage, voice over audio, motion graphics, on screen text and background music using After Effects and Premiere Pro
